My Approach
I work in an explorative way to enable the client to unravel and explore in a safe, non judgemental environment, enabling the client to work together to understand more fully areas of difficulty. I use my broad range of experiences of working for many years in G.P. surgeries with a wide range of referrals.
About Me
I am a BACP Accredited Integrative Counsellor with over 15 years experience, practising in G.P. surgeries in London and St Albans, and currently in Totteridge & Whetstone. I have a vast amount of experience in mental health having worked as a mental health nurse previously in primary and secondary care services within the NHS.
