I work with what you as a person want to bring to the therapy consultation. I will listen to what you have to say and we will then reflect together and consider different possibilities that you might like to consider to help you move forward in ways that fit for you and your current context and relationships.
I offer systemic and family consultation and ongoing therapeutic work. I see individuals, couples, families and staff groups. I completed my family therapy training in 1999 and am based in central London, close to Kings Cross and St Pancras station. I currently work using Zoom and can offer face to face meetings. I enjoy working with diversity in all its forms. Before retiring from the NHS in 2015, I had 17 years of experience in cross-cultural, family, parent and community work with children and young people in East London. My specialist areas included neuro-developmental conditions such as Autism, learning and cognitive difficulties, ADHD, Dyspraxia and Developmental Co-ordination Disorder.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
