My Approach

Life presents many challenges, and it can be helpful to think together about them with a trained listener. I to try to create a safe and confidential space, where you can consider how you affected by events. Building a relationship based on acceptance and a non-judgemental attitude is key. My approach uses the understanding that the past can continue to shape your life in the present. Making these connections can be beneficial, and lead to greater choice and control about your feelings and actions.

About Me

I am a fully qualified and experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist, trained at a leading agency.
I have degrees in Psychology and Social Work, and extensive experience in Health and Care settings, including the NHS.
I have also worked as a psychotherapist in the charitable sector, and in central London in private practice.
I am now working in Muswell Hill, North London. The location is also convenient for Highgate, Crouch End, and surrounding areas. There is good public transport, bus and tube, and on street parking(free).
