I have been working as a psychotherapist for over 25years, and have experience of a wide range of issues. I offer a space where together we can explore what's bringing you to therapy.
I trained as a Psychosynthesis psychotherapist, and am influenced by other modalities. My background is in the field of addiction, and over the years developed a deep understanding of the nature and impact of addiction.
I am interested in relational issues, family, couples and individuals, who find themselves struggling , and aim to help disentangle and help make sense of difficult dynamics and energies.
My aim is to offer a safe place, which is confidential and my approach is relational .My practise is mainly informed by Roberto Assagioli, who was the founder of Psychosynthesis , however I am also influenced by Jung, Attachment theory, and Neuroscience.
I am a supervisor and training therapist and I am a trainer at the Institute of Psychosynthesis. I am also a member of StepInAsap, which is group of therapists who specifically work and look at contempory family forms, and step-family situtations.
I am co-founder of the London Wellspring Group whose aim is to bring Psychosynthesis more into the world.
I am accredited with UKCP, a registered supervisor with UKCP, a member of CAP, and PCU.
