About Me

Hi, I'm Stuart. Having left my City career of 25 years, I qualified from the highly-regarded Metanoia Institute with an MSc in Humanistic Psychotherapy. I now work privately offering Psychotherapy to adults, on a one-to-one basis.

My Approach

I work relationally, blending aspects from Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt modalities in an integrated approach.

What this means is, we will build a relationship of our own, based on your safety, my acceptance, and mutual trust. I will hear you and accept you, as you are, free of judgement and over time this, in turn, supports your confidence, self-esteem, and self-worth.
