I am an integrative humanistic relational therapist, drawing primarily from Person-Centred and Gestalt approaches. I believe we all have the capacity for growth and change, even when life feels stuck, painful, or confusing.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in authenticity. I work holistically, adapting therapy to the unique needs of each client while supporting the development of resilience, self-awareness, and inner resources.
The therapeutic relationship is central to my work. I aim to create a confidential environment where you feel safe enough to explore difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgement. Within this supportive relationship, I may gently share observations and reflections to help deepen awareness and understanding, enabling new perspectives and choices to emerge.
Whether you are seeking support with relationships, anxiety, identity, loss, trauma, or personal growth, therapy can offer a space to reconnect with yourself and explore new ways of moving forward.
I am an accredited psychotherapist and counsellor with extensive experience supporting individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds. I understand that starting therapy can feel daunting. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, or a sense of feeling lost or overwhelmed.
My aim is to offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about your experiences at your own pace. I recognise how difficult it can be to share painful or traumatic experiences, particularly if you have felt unheard, misunderstood, or alone with what you are carrying.
Working relationally, I tailor therapy to your individual needs and goals, paying close attention to the therapeutic relationship and the patterns that may emerge within it. I have a particular interest in attachment, relationships, identity, gender, and sexual orientation, and I welcome clients from all backgrounds in a space where they can feel accepted and able to be themselves authentically.
Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing with greater curiosity, compassion, and understanding, supporting movement towards clarity, healing, and meaningful change.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
