My work is grounded in an integrative, trauma-informed approach, with attention to both emotional experience and the nervous system.
I focus on creating a space where it becomes possible to slow down and begin to make sense of what feels difficult to carry. This is not about analysing everything in depth or forcing change, but about working at a pace that allows for stability and clarity to emerge.
When appropriate, I integrate EMDR therapy to help process experiences that continue to affect the present.
When words are not enough, I offer to work with the arts, supporting individuals to express themselves through different mediums.
I work relationally, paying attention to patterns that may repeat in different areas of life, while remaining attentive to the immediate experience in the room.
I am an integrative psychotherapist with over 20 years’ experience working with adults facing emotional strain, trauma, and periods of internal crisis.
Many of the people I work with are outwardly functioning — managing work, relationships, and daily life — while internally feeling overwhelmed, tense, or close to exhaustion. Often, they have a good level of self-awareness, yet find that understanding alone has not led to change.
I work with a range of difficulties including anxiety, burnout, trauma, and periods of emotional overwhelm, as well as times of transition or crisis.
I also offer clinical supervision to psychotherapists and other professionals working in emotionally demanding roles.
Sessions are available in London and online. I offer therapy in English, French, and Italian.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
