My approach is integrative, creative and depth-oriented, drawing principally on Psychosynthesis and psychodynamic psychotherapy. I believe that lasting change comes through developing a deeper understanding of ourselves, our relationships and the patterns that shape our lives.
Alongside thoughtful conversation, I may, where appropriate, draw on experiential ways of working such as visualisation, guided imagery, journalling, drawing, mindfulness or Walking Therapy. These approaches are always offered sensitively and collaboratively, according to your individual needs and preferences.
I work both in person in Central London and online, and also offer Walking Therapy, where the rhythm of walking and being outdoors can provide a different kind of therapeutic space for reflection, insight and change.
For over 20 years I have accompanied individuals, couples and fellow therapists through periods of change, loss, relationship challenges and personal transformation. Whether you are facing a particular crisis, navigating an important life transition or simply sensing that something in your life needs attention, psychotherapy offers an opportunity not only to find relief from distress, but also to understand yourself more deeply.
I offer a creative, depth-oriented and relational approach to therapy, drawing principally on Psychosynthesis and psychodynamic psychotherapy within an integrative framework. Together we explore the patterns, relationships and experiences that have shaped your life, creating the possibility of lasting change, greater freedom, authenticity and purpose.
My commitment is to offer a thoughtful, compassionate and collaborative therapeutic relationship in which you feel safe enough to be curious about yourself, while also discovering new ways of meeting life's challenges. Alongside conversation, I may, where appropriate, draw on experiential approaches such as visualisation, guided imagery, journalling, drawing, mindfulness or Walking Therapy.
I work both in person in Central London and online, welcoming clients from across the UK and internationally.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
