About Me

I am an experienced psychotherapist and couples counsellor (RLT certified). I am committed to helping individuals and couples compassionately understand themselves and those around them.

My Approach

Couples therapy aims to uncover reactionary aspects of yourself that lead to discontent and a loss of connection and intimacy in your relationship. We will examine unhelpful dynamics and behavioural patterns and explore where you are stuck.
My goal is to support you in living a more balanced and fulfilled life. I will assist you in learning and practising relational skills that will bring intimacy and closeness to your relationship. I will coach you how to be relational with each other, emphasising good boundaries and self-esteem.
You will learn how to communicate effectively, advocate for yourself with love, and respond to criticism without becoming defensive. Your ability to repair after a rupture will contribute toward the formation of a more trusting and long-lasting connection.
