First and foremost, what I offer is a confidential, non-judgemental safe space, providing you with containment and stability.
I’m here to offer you space to reflect, to help you gain insight into patterns of behaviour, and help open up new ways of thinking and feeling. I’m here to support you navigate difficult feelings and manage challenging situations.
My aim is to empower you, to help you realise your own potential in order to enact the changes you want to make.
I also feel it is important to give space to, and explore, a person’s identity within the social context.
I am an Integrative Relational Psychotherapist and Counsellor, registered with the BACP and UKCP. I hold an Advanced Diploma and MA in Integrative Psychotherapy from The Minster Centre.
I’ve been seeing clients for a number of years. In addition to private practice, I also worked as a counsellor with the mental health charity MIND and another low-cost counselling service.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
