My Approach

My approach is to cultivate a warm, professional and safe environment which in turn fosters the potential towards growth and healing that I believe is inherent in all of us.

My integrative training means that I draw on a wide range of therapeutic skills and approaches to create a therapy which is best suited to you. Very often my work includes exploring your childhood experiences as a way of gaining clarity about current issues.

What are my next steps?

Please feel free to give me a call or send me an email if you would like to discuss any questions or concerns you may have. I offer a free 15 minute introductory meeting by phone or Zoom. We can then arrange to meet for an initial consultation (50 minutes) if it feels right for us to work together.

You are under no obligation to continue after an initial consultation. If I am not the right therapist for you, I may be able to point you in the direction of another therapist or service that is better suited to your needs.

About Me

**As part of training I am completing to specialise in working with couples, I am currently able to offer lower-cost couples therapy. Please contact me to find out more.**
I am a fully qualified and experienced therapist. I offer both long and short term psychotherapy either face to face from my consulting rooms in Central and North London (Fitzrovia and Finsbury Park), or remotely via Zoom.

I work with individuals and couples who bring a wide range of psychological and emotional issues. Perhaps you are experiencing anxiety or depression. You may be feeling overwhelmed by the demands of work or family life. You may have experienced a bereavement, relationship break up, or redundancy which has left you reeling. Perhaps you are struggling with compulsive or addictive behaviours or you are experiencing a crisis in your relationship.

Talking about what is troubling you with a counsellor or psychotherapist can enable you to come to terms with what you have experienced, gain support, clarity and a new perspective. It can also provide you with the tools to create positive change in your life.
