I am an integrative psychotherapist, I work relationally, and am interested in eco-therapy and body work.

About Me

After many years working in substance misuse, I now work in private practice in Sheffield. Having been a practising Buddhist for many years, I have a keen interest in working with existential and spiritual issues, and I am a firm believer that my job as a therapist is to help you find your own 'inner healing intelligence'.
