I provide a non-judgemental space for individuals, couples and families to explore whatever difficulties they are experiencing.
For couples and families, I help facilitate and improve communication while exploring what often leads to conflict.
When working with individuals, I aim to support them with whatever they are bringing (eg depression, anxiety, stress, physical or mental health problems etc) and am able to explore and consider any relationship problems with them, even if they attend alone. I enjoy working with clients from a range of different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
I am a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist currently working in a Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders Service in the NHS. I run a private practice alongside my NHS work offering couple, individual and family therapy online via Zoom.
I completed my systemic psychotherapy training at the Institute of Family Therapy, and the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IoPPN), King’s College London.
I previously worked as a Relationship Counsellor for Relate London North West & Hertfordshire where I worked with couples, individuals and families with a range of presenting problems. I also worked as a Bereavement Counsellor for children and adolescents.
In addition to my systemic training, I have studied psychodynamic counselling and psychotherapy at Tavistock Relationships.
I hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
