As an integrative Psychotherapist, I draw upon 25 years experience of working therapeutically with individuals, couples and groups and I integrate ideas and interventions from a range of psychotherapeutic approaches and aim to provide a supportive, respectful and creative environment in which both difficulties and possibilities may be explored.
My experience has included working in a wide wide range of settings: community based counselling services, the NHS, Higher Education and private practice. My integrative approach has been developed from trainings in Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Systemic, Mindfulness and Cognitive approaches and I have trained as a couples therapist with Relate, Creative Couplework (Helena Lovendal & Nick Duffel) and also EFT (Emotionally Focussed Couples Therapy).
I work with couples and groups.
My experience includes working in community-based counselling services, the NHS, Higher Education and private practice.
