Advance Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy
BA, MA in Psychoanalytical Studies
I am a Psychotherapist educated in New York and the UK.
My professional life took me through working as the Clinical Manager at an Eating Disorder NHS-funded charity and then working as the Lead Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist at the Priory Hospital.
At the Priory Hospital my role involved assessing and treating young people and adults with a range of psychological struggles in both inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as supervising staff on the various wards.
Working full-time in private practice for well over 10 years I divide my working week between seeing clients in London (currently only video calls) and Glasgow (Face to Face & video calls).

My Approach

As a psychoanalytic and integrative psychotherapist I believe in the uniqueness of each person and I work with their individual needs. I believe it is very important to work with people in such a way which allows for change and development at their own pace.
A healing relationship between the client and the therapist is created through developing feelings of safety and respect, allowing issues of dependence, trust and care to be worked through together.
