I work from an Integrative orientation which places the client-therapist relationship at the heart of the therapeutic work as a vehicle for change and transformation. As such, I follow a two-person psychological model that includes the full participation and presence of the myself as the therapist and offer a warm, non-judgmental environment in which you can process difficult thoughts and feelings in a mutually shared space.
I take into account: you as an individual, your circumstances and your social world and use elements of different approaches in a holistic way to help you explore and cope with your problems. Our collaboration would aim to provide more coherent understandings of yourself so that you can achieve growth, fulfilment and healing.
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a broad range of clinical experience working within the NHS, Charitable Organisations, Low-cost Services, and private practice. I offer online and in person therapy in London and can accommodate time limited and open ended work.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
