My Approach

I am an integrative psychotherapist with an interest in how early attachment and trauma experiences shape our lives. I work with children and adults and offer face to face and online therapy. My approach is relational and creative. I am interested in working with individuals who want to be curious about their life experiences and who want to engage in therapy to become less impacted by trauma, and more emotionally robust.
