I offer a safe, non-judgemental environment, in which to explore difficult issues. Therapy is tailored to suit your needs, rather than fitting into a method. I seek to create a space where clients feelings and experiences can be explored, through a collaborative process. I feel the quality of the relationship between us is vital for change and transformation. My approach is integrative and I primarily work within a framework that leans towards a relational approach. Grounded in psychodynamic concepts, I am also influenced by attachment theory and body psychotherapy, favouring a person-centred therapeutic style. I have experience with a wide range of issues that include depression, anxiety, trauma, sexuality, relationship issues, bereavement, identity, eating disorders, disability, chronic health conditions, child and adult sexual abuse. Additionally since 2016 I have been an assistant psychotherapy skills tutor at The Minster Centre.
