I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist and group analyst and have worked with people of different ages and backgrounds with wide-ranging issues since 1998.

I have extensive experience working in private practice, the NHS and higher education.

I specialise in working with:

I am interested in exploring with my patients how they can transform unhelpful patterns and reach their full potential.

I offer an initial confidential consultation where we think together about the way forward. I offer individual or group psychotherapy; including long-term in-depth work or shorter more focused work as well as supervision.
