My Approach

I’m an integrative transpersonal psychotherapist which means I draw on different therapeutic models to suit each client and apply theory which is spiritual in nature.

I was trained in a variety of approaches including existentialism, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural therapy, transactional analysis, Jungian and humanistic.

The fee for a 50 minute session is £95.

About Me

I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore the issues that you are facing at your own pace.

Due to my integrative, transpersonal training, I can tailor my approach to each individual client – often it is the client themselves who inspires the direction we take. I enjoy working collaboratively and creatively in order to help clients express what words fail to. The use of body and breath, inner child work, visualisations, dreams, drawings and sand trays are just a few of the tools to access the wisdom I believe lies within each of us.
