I am an enthusiastic, dedicated, committed therapist. I feel honoured to do the work that I do and to be a part of people's lives and families in such an intimate way. I also hugely enjoy supervision and teaching and the chance to nurture and enable the thinking and careers of therapists.
I have worked as a child psychotherapist for the past 30 years and as a supervisor for 20 years. I worked for 8 years at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust. 15 years ago I started a small clinic for private work and supervision, which has now become as group of small, thoughtful clinics across London and the South East.
Qualifications: I have an MA in Psychoanalytic Observational Studies, an Mpsych psych in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy with Children, Adolescents and Families. I am also a member of the Association of Child Psychotherapists.
Specialities: Child Psychotherapy, Parent Psychotherapy, Family Therapy, Medico-Legal Assessments, Supervision, Organisational Consultation.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
