I have been working for over 25 years in the NHS and in private practice. As well as being a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, I am a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health Professions Council. I am also Emerita Professor of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at the University of Roehampton where I taught on the Doctorate in Counselling Psychology for many years.
I have a private practice near Ealing Common, West London. I provide brief and long-term psychotherapy and analysis to adults experiencing a range of psychological problems, including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, bereavement, trauma and those with a history of sexual or physical abuse. I also provide regular clinical supervision to therapists working in a variety of mental health settings.
