My Approach

Fundamental to my approach is carefully listening to the children, young people , individuals, families and couples who come to me to see how they are experiencing the issues that have brought them to therapy. I have extensive experience in working with children and young people, individuals, couples and families in relation to anxiety, depression, mental health, Children in Care, eating disorders, abuse, ADHD, ADD, ASD, attachment and other issues to provide assessment, referral and therapy. I am an integrative therapist that can tailor therapy to suit your needs. My approach is underpinned by my training in Systemic Family Therapy, Structural, Narrative , Cognitive Behavioural, Psychodynamic, Solution Focussed and Brief Solution Focussed Therapy .
