Hello. We all need help at times. Perhaps relationships are a struggle, or work is stressful, or things just don't feel right. Maybe you aren't feeling good or are experiencing anxiety or depression. Perhaps you are looking to change and develop. Therapy is a good way to address issues and to find how to be in a better place.
As a therapist my approach is to guide and support you. You can share your issues and burdens with me and I will be alongside you in your difficulties, you will not be on your own. I will give you a safe space to be yourself and speak whatever is on your mind, you will be heard with compassion and respect and without judgement. We can work together at your pace to make sense of your thoughts and feelings, and consider what is troubling you, and develop ways of coping and being confident in your capabilities.
I believe the therapeutic relationship between a client and a therapist is very important, as that enables us to talk and to work together. I am an integrative therapist, that means I use different types of therapy as best suited to you and your unique needs. My approach is also influenced by my life experience. As a person I am warm, approachable and supportive.
