I am person-centred psychotherapist. The person-centred approach has evolved from the work of American psychologist Carl Rogers (1902-1987). It’s called person-centred therapy as the emphasis is placed on how the individual sees and experiences their situation rather than the therapist making an interpretation about it. I offer a confidential and non-judgemental therapeutic environment to explore, collaboratively with you, resolution for whatever it is that is distressing you, worrying or puzzling you.
I have a background in yoga and yoga therapy. If of interest to the client, I can intergrate aspects of this into the work such as breath awareness and meditation.
