Therapy is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves, a courageous undertaking often time-consuming, financially demanding, and at times emotionally painful. My passion is to support people in reconnecting with their autonomy and taking ownership of their lives. I use a collaborative approach that helps us explore thoughts and feelings with curiosity rather than judgment. We begin with a genogram to gain insight into early life experiences and the relationships that shaped us. From there, we identify patterns in how we relate to ourselves and others, so we can begin to make meaningful and lasting change
I am a UKCP-registered Cognitive Analytic Psychotherapist and accredited Supervisor with 23 years of clinical experience. I currently practice in both a specialist NHS eating disorder service and an adult psychology service in London,
My work spans a broad range of psychological difficulties, emotional challenges, and complex intra- and interpersonal relationship issues. I offer a collaborative, compassionate, and reflective approach, tailored to support each individual’s unique needs and goals.
I offer both time-limited and open-ended therapy, depending on what feels most helpful and appropriate for you.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
