UKCP has moved to York House, 221 Pentonville Road, London N1 9UZ. We are updating the address listed in all our documents, please bear with us as we make these changes.
Core Process Psychotherapy (CPP) combines western psychology with the Mindfulness, wisdom and compassion of the Buddhist approach.
Awareness, empathy, warmth, curiosity, inquiry and respect towards the client’s unique way of being, and a focus on an authentic and attuned therapeutic relationship form the basis of my approach.
I am an open-minded, friendly and compassionate Mindfulness-based Core Process psychotherapist working in private practice. My 30 years of experience in body-based therapies, Mindfulness teaching, and in-depth Buddhist practise also inform my approach as a therapist.
Face-to-face and online sessions available.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
