I am an integrative psychotherapist with a primary training in Psychosynthesis and supplementary trainings in EMDR (Certs 1-3) and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Level 2). Having a long history with Buddhist psychology and meditation, and over 12 years experience working with complex trauma in therapeutic communities in the NHS and the prison system, I work with clients to reframe mental health difficulties as psychospiritual opportunities to deepen our relationships and maximise our potential.
I have a special interest in working with trauma and spirituality in the body, using such techniques as mindfulness, guided imagery, parts work (subpersonalities, Internal Family Systems) and movement, among others. Offering: psychotherapy, coaching, supervision, group work, training and consultancy.
"You do not have to be good. You do not have to walk on your knees for a hundred miles through the desert, repenting. You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves." Wild Geese | Mary Oliver
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
