As a Systemic Psychotherapist, I work with Families, Couples and Individuals. I work in a way which is collaborative, recognising and drawing upon people’s strengths. My hope within the work is that I can support people to overcome issues which have caused them distress and to find new ways of coping so that change made is sustainable in the long term.
I have over 10 years’ experience working with Families, Couples and Individuals, both within a Local Authority and NHS setting. This experience has enabled me to work with a vast array of diversity and difference.
Seeking therapy can be anxiety provoking; talking about sensitive issues can be very difficult. People with whom I have worked, have said that they find me to be friendly, approachable and supportive, helping them to develop a different relationship with the issues they have come to therapy to think about.

I’m a British born Nigerian Cis gendered heterosexual married woman and I use she/her pronouns. I enjoy socialising with friends and family, whether that’s staying in or going out. I also like to create art and write in my spare time.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
