My aim as a psychotherapist is to enable individuals and couples to live life more satisfactorily for themselves and through the process of psychotherapy to discover more about themselves so that they can make decisions as to how they wish to live their life.
In my private practice I work with individuals and couples across the gender, sexuality and relationship spectrum.
There are many different facets to a relationship which can make a relationship challenging, complex, confusing as well as enjoyable. I hope that therapy gives people the opportunity to explore these issues so that life can be more fulfilling in what ever way is best for them
I also offer individual and group supervision for students on counselling courses as well as trained therapists.
Sessions can be arranged in person, via various video platforms or by phone
Diversity matters and being inclusive in terms of gender, sexuality, relationships, culture, disability and spirituality is key to who I am and the way I work I believe that sexuality and spirituality are integral to who we are and in how w live our lives.
I am an accredited sex and relationships psychotherapist offering therapy to individuals and couples. Often the issues that people present with lead to other concerns so I also offer therapy covering much wider issues.
I am also a clinical supervisor providing individual and group supervision to wide range of therapists, trainees and those in a pastoral role such as chaplains and spiritual care.
