My Approach

I will work psychotherapeutically on both a short and long term basis, seeing people face to face in Lewes, East Sussex or online.  I can also offer mental health assessments. 

I am trained in ADOS and AD-I and will carry out ASC/ADHD diagnostic assessments for young people over the age of 11 and adults in line with National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) guidance. With young people I do this with the support of another clinician.

About Me

With 17 years NHS mental health and neurodevelopmental experience, I am a UKCP-registered Existential Psychotherapist and an NMC-registered Mental Health Nurse. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I am autistic and ADHD. I will see anyone over the age of 11, but I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent young people , and their families, or with neurodivergent adults, or with people who think they might be neurodivergent, through my neurodivergent-affirmative practice Gamut.
