About Me

I am Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and I am also accredited Dynamic Interpersonal Therapist. I offer long term therapy as well as short term work. I offer therapy to individuals- adults and adolescents - in my private practice in Hove; I also see clients in London near Pimlico station. I offer therapy in English and Portuguese. My area of work covers anxiety, depression, relationships, loss and bereavement, sexuality, among others. The work is absolutely confidential. In the first session I discuss in more detail how I work, fees and the contract.
