Pauline is a practicing Child Psychotherapist and all age Counsellor, registered with both the UKCP and BACP. She has over 20 years’ experience employed as a therapist, which includes the clinical management of the East Berkshire Child and Adolescents Mental Health (CAMH) early support and preventative services, where she led on the roll out of 14 East Berkshire school-based Mental Health Support Teams. Prior to this she worked as a Clinical Team Manager for Oxford NHS CAMHs, where she was responsible for providing services to mentally vulnerable and severely traumatised children and young people.
Alongside managing her private practice and working for the NHS as a commissioner of children and young peoples’ services, Pauline is on the Board of Trustees for MAC UK, a charity which engages extremely marginalised young people by taking mental health practices out onto the streets. She is also an external moderator for IATE.
