About Me

Paul is currently accepting a limited number of referrals for Psychotherapy and Supervision. He is a Developmental Relational Integrative Psychotherapist with over 40 years experience in Mental Health working with Individuals, Couples, Groups and Organisations. Paul is a Trainer for the Diploma in Relational Integrative Psychotherapy at the Scarborough Counselling and Psychotherapy Training Institute (SCPTI). He is a Clinical Supervisor and a Board Member at SCPTI.

Paul has extensive experience of working remotely as well as face to face Psychotherapy.

For 10 years Paul was Clinical Lead for Personality Disorders for the North Wales NHS and Clinical Lead for the Rotunda Personality Disorder Service with Mersey Care NHS Trust.

He has previously worked as a Principal Psychotherapist, Local and Regional Mental Health Commissioning Manager, Primary Care Psychotherapist, Group Therapist, Organisational Consultant, CMHT Manager, CPN, and Mental Health Nurse.

Paul has worked in Mental Health since 1982. He is an NMC registered Mental Health Nurse and a UKCP registered Psychotherapist. He holds an MA, a Post Grad Diploma and Post Grad Certificate in Integrative Psychotherapy, an RMN, a Diploma in Supervision, a Certificate in Psychosocial Interventions, a Foundation in Group Analysis and Associate Teaching Certificate (SPTI). He has worked across all major Mental Health specialist areas.
