My Approach

I am a systemic family therapist with an interest in psychoanalytic techniques. I work dynamically with the individual/family/couple responding to the needs from the initial consultation while reviewing the therapeutic goals regularly to align transparently with the client/s wishes and feelings.

About Me

Therapy is an opportunity to explore life including the decision or the thoughts that have led you to consider accessing a therapeutic space. I work with you to create a space that has you at the centre of its structure and direction.

However, choosing to contact a therapist can be daunting, and I understand the importance of finding a therapist that feels like a good ‘fit’ for you, so our first session would focus on thinking together whether this is the right space for you and how we would work together should you choose to continue.

In the uniqueness of each person, "The greatest gift I can give is to see, hear, understand and to touch another person. When this is done I feel contact has been made.” Virginia Satir

I work intuitively using a range of therapy techniques depending on the individual, couple and family.
