About Me

My name is Piero Dell'Anno, welcome to my website. I hope my website supports you to understand more about my clinical practice, standards and ways I work to enhance my clients' wellbeing.

I am a registered clinical psychotherapist with the UKCP an accredited register by the Professional Standard Authority and a registered psychotherapeutic counselor with BACP. I work both with the NHS and in private practice.

As a registered mental health clinician with the UKCP and BACP I commit to high professional standards.

I work from West Hampstead, Central London and Farringdon.

People well-being is at the core of my work as clinical psychotherapist. I am sensitive to how difficult it is to start a counselling journey and how difficult it might be at times to make the first phone call to ask for support. Opening up to our vulnerability is a voyage into discovering the many possibilities in life; how to become who we are and to exist free from judgments, bias and non supportive beliefs.

Counselling is a journey of truth, opening up to deep inquiry and self exploration can reveal us the unexpected. Clients tell me that I am warm that they feel listened and understood in a non judgmental way.

I believe that whoever we are, we should be celebrated. We are continuously attempting to be the best version of ourselves with the resources that are available or that we are able to access.

Diversity is a value which I keep at the core of my practice. We are all different from each other and it is the possibility to explore our many selves that brings life to our existence.

As clinical psychotherapist I abide to the code of ethic of UKCP and BACP. Working ethically is certainly a must but for me also a belief to provide my clients with a confidential and supportive therapeutic relationship.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). My registration can be found both in the BACP and UKCP websites.
