When life feels overwhelming or uncertain, talking things through in a safe, supportive space can make a real difference. Therapy offers the chance to slow down, feel into what’s happening, and begin to make sense of things at your own pace. It can take courage to share what you’ve been carrying—but you don’t have to do it alone.
I offer a warm, respectful, and confidential relationship where you can feel gently accompanied in exploring whatever’s troubling you—whether it’s something clearly defined or a vague sense that something isn’t quite right. Together, we can make space for the feelings, thoughts, and experiences that may have been hard to speak about until now.
My approach is grounded in the person-centred tradition, which means I trust in your inner sense of what needs attention. You set the pace, and together we follow what feels most alive or meaningful for you in each session. I won’t diagnose or analyse you—but I will listen closely, with care, curiosity, and emotional attunement.
Over time, this kind of attentive, non-judgmental relationship can help you feel more connected to yourself, more at home in your life, and more able to meet the world in a way that feels true to you.
I’m a person-centred psychotherapist with experience supporting people from many different backgrounds as they navigate life’s challenges—whether that means feeling lost, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure about what’s next.
In my private practice, I work one-to-one with adults (18+) on either a short-term or open-ended basis. I offer a calm, grounded presence and a confidential space where you can bring what matters most to you—at your own pace, in your own words.
My clinical training includes a Diploma and an MSc in Contemporary Person-Centred Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute in London. Alongside my private practice, I’ve worked in a range of community-based counselling services across London, supporting clients with grief, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-worth, and periods of major life transition. I also work with people who want to use therapy as a space for personal growth or creative exploration.
I have a particular interest in experiences of otherness, displacement, and belonging; in the ways we carry grief, purpose, and hope; and in the quiet courage it takes to be truly seen. My research on the role of metaphor in therapy was published in Person-Centered & Experiential Psychotherapies in 2023.
As a fully registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), I follow their Code of Ethics and Professional Practice. I also attend regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development to support me in offering safe, thoughtful, and emotionally attuned therapy.
