About Me

An accredited + experienced psycho dynamic counsellor (Diploma BACP accredited course), I continued to build skills across 15 years by obtaining a Solution focussed Diploma, Cognitive Psychotherapy MSC, Supervision Diploma, EMDR training parts 1-3, Couples Diploma and am accredited by a range of bodies as a senior therapist and supervisor (BACP, BABCP, UKCP, BAPPS, ACC, CPC). I enjoy working with a range of people and supervisees and after 10 years in the NHS talking therapies service have expanded my independent practice. I also supervise for a range of organisations- a specialist trauma service and NHS bodies and have an interest in holistic care including spirituality.
