My approach is integrative which means that I weave together trainings in core process psychotherapy, psychosynthesis, internal family systems and breathwork.
Much of the work is listening and reflecting, learning and exploring. I offer support and sensitive challenge along with any way in which is beneficial for the client, which may include role plays, imaginal exercises, working with the breath and body as well as with art, music and their unique creativity and experience.
I am an experienced core process psychotherapist and supervisor working in Bethnal Green, London.
I offer a safe, confidential setting for adults at a small psychotherapy centre that I founded and run.
I have a particular interest in working with our paths in life, themes of stuckness, what holds us back, and what brings freedom and how that might be. I have experience working with psychosis, feelings of deep anxiety, depression and lack of connection.

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
