I am an experienced core process psychotherapist working in Bethnal Green, London.
I offer a safe, confidential setting for adults.
I work in response to what is brought, depending on the client's needs, to foster a strong therapeutic relationship and sense of trust.
In this way, we can explore jointly what is happening for the client in their lives, how they are in relationship to others and to themselves.
I have a particular interest in working with our paths in life, themes of stuckness, what holds us back, and what brings freedom and how that might be. Family patterns, feelings of anxiety, depression.
