UKCP has moved to York House, 221 Pentonville Road, London N1 9UZ. We are updating the address listed in all our documents, please bear with us as we make these changes.
In our sessions together, we'll explore the depths of your experiences and the essence of who you are, using a blend of approaches that best suit your individual needs. You'll find a warm, supportive space where you can share your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, without fear of judgment. Our work is rooted in empathic listening, acceptance, and understanding, providing a foundation for meaningful change.
Therapy can help people work through their challenges, resolve internal conflicts, and overcome unwanted patterns of behaviour. I will support you in developing your personal qualities and uncovering new paths toward self-acceptance, fulfilment, and growth.
If you're interested in learning more, asking questions, and seeing if we're a good fit, feel free to get in touch to organise a free introductory chat.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on a variety of practices to support individuals facing diverse challenges. This includes life crises, historic or recent traumas, anxiety or difficult emotions, neurodiversity, loss of direction, relationship issues, self-doubt, low self-esteem, and those seeking to understand themselves more deeply.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
