Hello, I am a psychotherapist and counsellor who offers integrative psychotherapy in North and West London, East Sussex as well as online and by telephone. Within my practice I offer a supportive, non judgmental space where we will be able to look together at your life, and help to make sense of the questions or issues which might have led you to counselling or therapy.
In working together, I would hope that we can find meaning hidden within the problems you face and use this meaning to facilitate positive change in your life.
I make use of creative work, visualisations, dream interpretation and the therapeutic relationship in my work with clients when appropriate and in line with your needs.
I am a staff member and academic supervisor at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education in Little Venice, London. In terms of my institutional accreditation; I am a registered member of the UKCP and a member of the BACP and abide by their ethical codes. In terms of my qualifications, I have a post graduate diploma in transpersonal integrative psychotherapy and counselling, a first class degree in psychology, a research MA in transpersonal psychotherapy and I am a final year doctoral student studying applied psychology. I am interested in studying the relationship between ideology and psychotherapy, and often comment on the intersection between politics and therapy - although please note I respect my client's personal autonomy when it comes to their own political orientation.
I have a wide range of experience having worked within a number of different counselling services.
Send me an email to arrange an initial session, where we can begin the therapeutic process.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
