About Me

I'm an experienced and qualified UKCP integrative psychotherapist. I specialise in Internal Family Systems therapy, and am a Certified Level 3 IFS Therapist and Intimacy from the Inside Out Couples Therapist. I run several groups face to face and online, and also facilitate a twice monthly IFS Drop In, run for donations to our local community food CIC. I'm warm and friendly and relational and as an IFS therapist I am committed to facilitating you in your process of delving into your internal world. I have a comfortable private practice in Stroud, Gloucestershire and online, on the phone/online via Skype and Zoom.
