About Me

Natasha is a UKCP accredited Psychotherapist who has extensive experience in working with creative professionals and those on a spiritual journey. With over 20 ears experience and being informed by the archetypal symbology of C.G.Jung, as well as a rich and diverse cross-cultural knowledge, she is able to assist her clients self-exploration.

My Approach

Psychosynthesis holds at its core creativity and compassion, seeing a patient as more than his or her problems and understanding that each crisis, however painful, can present an opportunity for transformation and growth. Therapy can be a journey into creating more meaning and fulfilment in life, helping the process of psychic integration and the ability to live a more authentic life. By finding the courage to talk about difficult feelings, we often uncover hidden resources within ourselves.
