About Me

I am a UKCP accredited Humanistic Psychotherapist and BACP Registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I offer face-to-face counselling and psychotherapy in Norwich City centre, both short-term and long-term. I currently only offer sessions online via Zoom, when not possible to meet in person.

I hold a MSc in Humanistic Psychotherapy, a Clinical Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapy and a Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (from Metanoia Institute, accredited by Middlesex University). I regularly undertake additional trainings to support continuing professional development.
