As an Integrative psychotherapist, I synthesise a variety of approaches and modalities which I tailor depending on the individual client, their unique situation and what will be most supportive for them. Some key ways that I work include psychodynamic, person-centred and relational approaches. I am also influenced by body psychotherapy and attachment theory.
I am an Integrative psychotherapist specialising in working with LGBTQIA+ community.
I work with a wide variety of people, including queer people, trans people, sex workers, people who practice kink, people who have diverse relationship styles, people from working class backgrounds and people of colour. I offer queer and trans friendly counselling, including for people of non-binary identities, and my therapeutic approach is influenced by queer theory and intersectional feminism. I am kink aware and understand that sex work is work. She works to employ decolonisation approaches to therapy, holding her whiteness in mind.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
