Integrative psychotherapy draws on a variety of different theoretical and clinical ideas, including elements of psychodynamic, existential, humanistic, mindfulness and cognitive theory and practice. This flexible and diverse approach enables me to work with individuals based on their own unique and complex needs. Building trust and respect through the therapeutic relationship is a key component of my clinical work.
I am an integrative/psychodynamic psychotherapist in private practice in Oxford with 20 years of clinical experience. I am UKCP registered and a recognised UKCP supervisor. My fee is £70.00 for a 50-minute session.
As well as my open-ended work in private practice with individuals, I specialise in short-term dynamic counselling, and as a supervisor to trainees and qualified psychotherapists and counsellors.
I have been teaching at the Minster Centre on the Advanced Diploma/MA programme in Integrative Psychotherapy since 2007 and am Head of 1st Year and Finalists as well as course tutor.
