About Me

I believe that happiness comes from having great energy and great relationships. If you can be really connected and loving and bring the energy you need to any situation then everything you need is going to come to you and, most importantly, you will be victorious. Without energy nothing exists and without nourishing relationships (particularly the one which you have with yourself) everything in life can seem dull.

On my own journey I have found that the most useful tools I have come across for helping me develop great energy and great relationships have been Kundalini Yoga and Gestalt Psychotherapy. I feel so blessed to be able to bring these tools into your life now.
Taking the first steps to admit you need support through a counselling therapy may take some courage but I believe that it is something that is becoming increasingly necessary in today’s world for all of us. I use a variety of tools from Gestalt Psychotherapy and Kundalini Yoga Psychotherapy to assist us in creating a relationship that can heal old wounds and change patterns of relating that are no longer serving you to live a complete, fulfilling life.

Alongside my work as a Gestalt therapist I am a Kundalini Yoga Teacher. Kundalini yoga is an ancient technology for healing the nervous system and glandular system. Where appropriate I use meditations and exercises from this tradition to support my clients. Without healthy functioning glands it is impossible for us to be completely happy. The bloodstream will just not have the correct balance of healthy chemicals for nourishment. Contrary to the belief of most Western medicine practice the glands do not have to atrophy as we age. The exercises in Kundalini yoga can create health and happiness throughout your life and prevent such dis-eases as Alzheimers, Parkinsons and Osteoporosis.

I work with Individuals, Couples and Groups. Adults and Young People.

Supervision - ​I am a qualified Gestalt supervisor. I'm happy to work with counsellors and psychotherapists from all modalities who would like to experience a Relational Gestalt approach.
