I hold an awareness and curiosity of the whole person rather than focus narrowly on pathology.

About Me

I work integratively, drawing from transpersonal, as well as psychodynamic, existential and person-centred approaches.
I am a trauma-informed therapist, using a variety of body centred and nervous system aware approaches. To that end I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed interventions into my work: when clients observe, “unblend” from and connect with their “parts” in a “Self” led way it can help free them of their “burdens”. This leads to greater tolerance for, and relaxation of polarisations in the psyche.
I am interested in how issues of intersectionality, race and cultural diversity affect mental wellbeing as well as the psychological impacts of living in the Anthropocene, notably ecological grief and climate anxiety.
I co-facilitate Climate Cafe groups in Oxford where members of the public bring their thoughts and feelings about the climate crisis.
