I offer short- term and long- term transpersonal psychotherapy tailored to your needs. Transpersonal psychotherapy involves the "whole" being not only the "psychological or physical self". "Being in therapy" will allow you to have a time and space for yourself, to pause, to reflect, to breathe and to discover the answers to your burning questions.
The Long-term psychotherapy offers the ultimate recognition and subsequent integration of various aspects of yourself, therefore unfolding the "renewed or redefined" understanding of yourself. With the internal changes taking place, the external changes follow.

I have a down to earth, warm, empathic and authentic style when working with my clients.
I work with my intuition, body wisdom and sound/voice.
I use various modalities in my work depending on my client's needs, from Psychodynamic approaches, through Gestalt, Humanistic, Existential, to more Transpersonal and Jungian concepts.
