My Approach

In my private practice, I mainly supervise and organise retreats and workshops in the beautiful Italian countryside.
I am a firm believer in experiential learning based on group analytic and interpersonal psychotherapy, I have limited spaces for individual therapy.

About Me

I am a Group Analytic Psychotherapist and Clinical Lead for MBT at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. I have many years of experience working in the NHS across different teams and services, including psychotherapy, eating disorders, and personality disorders, as well as supervising clinical teams delivering Group Analytic Psychotherapy, Mentalization-Based Treatment, or Structured Management Programme. I am a qualified supervisor through the Institute of Group Analysis and the Anna Freud Centre. I completed the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Programme at the NHS Leadership Academy and obtained an MSc in Healthcare Leadership. I am interested in groups and eco-psychotherapy, organising self-developemnt workshops and residential retreats. These retreats occur in Italy, in Tuscany, a few times a year.
